Yarn:  The mittens were designed and knit with Rauma 2 ply Gammelserie garn. Rauma Gammelserie has a gauge of 28 sts = 10 cm, using 2.5 mm needles.
 
You will need 1 - 50 gram ball of Colour A- MC GL403 Lys grå melert (light heathered gray) and 1– 50 gram ball of Colour B -CC GL410 Sauesvart (black sheep). 
 
This is a total of 100 grams and 320 meters.  
 
The mittens were designed to use only 100% pure Norwegian wool or pure, local wool of a similar gauge.
 
Needles:  2.5 mm, or the needle size you need to obtain gauge.
 
Gauge:  28 sts = 10 cm
 
Measurements:
Length of the mitten: 27 cm (10 1/2 inches)
Length of the cuff: 9 cm (3 1/2 inches)
Length of the thumb: 7.5 cm (3 inches)
 
Embellishments: The red yarn pictured and used for the mitten embellishment is NOT included within the kit. I designed this to embellish during finishing, using a bit of stash yarn.
