This Hap is designed using:
Rauma Lamullgarn - a 2 ply, thin, woollen spun, 100 % Norwegian lamb’s wool. Each ball of wool contains 50 grams = 250 meters. I have used 4 balls or 1000 meters within my design sample. Lamullgarn has a gauge of 28–30 sts = 10 cm and the recommended needle size is 2.5 mm. The actual gauge within this Hap is not as important as the fabric that you are creating. You will go up 2 to 2 ½ needle sizes above the recommended needle size to knit this design. In lamb's wool this creates a perfect light, drapey, textured fabric.
OR you can use
Rauma Finullgarn - a 2 ply, woollen spun, 100% Norwegian wool. Each ball of wool contains 50 grams = 175 meters. 4 balls or 700 meters is recommended. This wool has a gauge of 26 sts = 10 cm and the recommended needle size is 3.0 mm.
The Hap is knit to the desired length. The sample shown is approximately 170 cm in wingspan.
