Greetings from the farm!
As we begin a new season along on the traditional farm wheel - I would like to invite you to our åpen gård or open farm event!
On Sunday, January 9th from 19:00 (7 pm) to 21:00 (9 pm) CET wintertime
Open farms are a traditional happening here in Norway and I truly miss hosting my own open farm, due to the limitations of the pandemic.
On Sunday, you are invited and most welcome to join my little "virtual" åpen gård event!
An extension of our current holiday MAL (make a long).
It will be a Q&A inquiry and sharing fellowship gathering.
If you are interested, curious or simply wonder about my background, my certifications, my little farm, my heritage breed sheep, my traditional courses (knitting or bandweaving), colour theory (my textile art education), my knitting bag book ritual, the RAIN meditation or anything about the Selbu/Trøndelag region of Norway - Join and visit with us!
This is an open opportunity to answer any of your questions or wonders about my work here on the farm and my offerings.
This will be an informal event!
A wonderful opportunity for you to experience our
#knitographyvirtualclassroom community or to invite an interested Friend!
I would appreciate very much if you would share this event further!
We are currently in the midst of the most wonderful MAL (make a long) event, on our way to the 20th day of jul (Christmas).
I am expanding the MAL event for Sunday, asking everyone that is interested in visiting and joining in to register their participation here:
Welcome/Velkommen with interest!
Warmest regards from the farm,
Patricia x
The apen gard sounds like a lot of fun, but I won't be able to attend. I have another commitment at that time. I will see you on the 16th! Take care.
I just registered. It asked why I was registering, for the open farm or the holiday MAL. It only let me pick one but it really should be both. I love hearing about traditions from Norway and I’ve enjoyed being part of the make along.
